Question: How can the managers and employees make use of information as a strategic/ competitive advantage over their competitors.



Answer: The managers and employees make use of information as strategic/competitive advantage over their competitors by using the information as advertisers of the product of the company for example you can advertise the products that the company produce through computers and that product can be seen by the whole word thats why this is the strategic/ competitive advantage of the company over their competitors. It is really helpful in the company to have a mis to become the company improve and well known.
